wow.. we booked with Nikolas to find him to be such a friend to us and we felt right at home once we arrived. we arrived late.. nikolas waited for us and helped us with the taxi and arrival and made us feel more like friends than guests. He even put out two bicycles in the garden for us to wake up the next morning and enjoy our day and see around so we rode to the beach and ate amazing fish. extremely kind helpful and assertive host. explained all we need to know of the culture and area and how to get around. his home has more than we need. it has everything. he thought of everything. its a full house. good lighting.. amenities.. water in the fridge. even has netflix. he really takes care of his home and we can feel that. totally recommended.. and we are definitely coming again to visit Nikolas.— Tal 🇮🇱

We had an excellent stay during our time in Artemida. Nikolaos and Filia had excellent recommendations for food and things to do nearby. They have a free shuttle service set up with a nice local restaurant directly on the beach, toes in the sand; couldn't recommend it more! When we had an issue, Filia was over immediately to fix it! We loved the house it was very cute and very homey, with great indoor and outdoor spaces for us to use. 🇬🇧

It was our first time visiting Greece; the place we chose was a completely random find—we were just browsing Google Maps and stumbled upon the perfect spot. As for the accommodation itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and—above all—lovely. It’s a 30–40 minute walk to the beach, though there is also a bus stop right next to the house that makes getting there a bit faster. The owner also has two bicycles available. The owner was incredibly helpful; since it was our first time in Greece, he provided us with the contact details of reliable taxi services, so we could return home at midnight without any worries. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Nicolas—a very positive person. We talked a lot, and he explained how to get around Greece (including how to reach Athens) and shared insights on Greek mythology, local restaurants, and local fruits. If I were to recommend this place, I’d say it’s ideal for a couple—or even a couple with a child—as it has everything you need: a washing machine, a fridge, and a stove for cooking. 🇵🇱

I was in Athens for HYROX, the first event in Greece, at the Metropolitan Expo, and was looking for accommodation near the airport and beach. The landlord was incredibly welcoming and even picked me up from the airport. The accommodation is about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and about a 30-minute walk to the beach. It's a clean and well-maintained little loft with everything you need! Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There's a TV with Netflix, a garden, bicycles—basically everything you need at home :) Thank you for your hospitality, and I'd love to come back next time! 🇩🇪
